Apple Intelligence is only available on devices with A17 Pro chip or newer, including iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and all iPhone 16 models. Older iPhone models cannot support on-device AI inference due to hardware limitations. If your device doesn't support Apple Intelligence, the app's AI features will not be available.

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri, then enable Apple Intelligence. First-time activation may require downloading language models, so ensure your device has enough storage and is connected to Wi-Fi.

Apple Intelligence currently supports Simplified Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, and Korean. Calenshot can recognize calendar information in all these languages.

Recognition accuracy is affected by various factors including image clarity, font type and size, voice clarity, and expression ambiguity. We recommend ensuring good lighting and clear photos; speaking clearly for voice input; and reviewing and editing results after recognition.

Confidence indicates how certain the AI is about the recognition result. 80-100% is high confidence, meaning results are likely correct; 50-80% is medium confidence, verification recommended; below 50% is low confidence, please check carefully. Low confidence events will be marked with a prompt to verify the information.

Each permission has a specific purpose: Camera for photo recognition; Microphone for voice input; Photo Library for selecting existing images; Speech Recognition for voice-to-text; Calendar for saving events to system calendar. All data processing is done locally and never uploaded to any server.

Related features will be unavailable: Without camera permission, you can't take photos; without microphone, you can't use voice input; without calendar permission, you can't save events. You can modify permissions at any time in system settings.

Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll down to find "Calenshot", then toggle the relevant permissions on or off.

Events are saved to your selected calendar account (such as iCloud, Google, Exchange, etc.), which you can view in the iPhone's built-in Calendar app. Events will also sync to other devices linked to the same calendar account.

In the Calenshot app, go to Settings → Calendar → Default Calendar, and select your preferred calendar.
